A bereaved father, Rabbi Harold Kushner said

"You have inherited from your child all of the years they never got to live. Those years are a precious legacy from them to you. Live their years along with your own. Feel their presence as you do so."

We would like to think Maeve would have followed in her parents, grandparents, aunts and uncle's footsteps and chosen a career in medicine to help others.   

We have to live for Maeve. Maeve's Wish would be providing a truly magical respite for children battling a chronic or terminal illness - a trip to Walt Disney World.
